Independent travel business
Blaze Travel Agency is an independent travel business affiliated with InteleTravel.
Third-party suppliers
Third-party suppliers control pricing, availability, deposits, payment deadlines, cancellations, changes, refunds, documentation requirements, and delivery. Supplier terms apply to the travel services you select.
Quotes and bookings
Quotes do not guarantee price, space, room or cabin category, flights, or terms until booked and payment requirements are accepted. Quote requests do not create confirmed bookings.
Payments, changes, and cancellations
Deposits and final payments are subject to supplier deadlines and terms. Cancellation and change penalties may apply. Refund decisions and processing are controlled by the applicable supplier.
Travel insurance
Travel insurance is recommended. Coverage, eligibility, exclusions, claims, and other policy terms are controlled by the insurance provider and the applicable policy.
Traveler responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for ensuring names, identification, passports, visas, health documents, and entry requirements are accurate and meet the requirements of their itinerary and destination.
Disruptions outside our control
Travel may be affected by weather, transportation disruptions, supplier changes, government actions, health events, or other circumstances outside Blaze Travel Agency’s direct control.
Group travel
Group travel terms, deposits, payment schedules, room or cabin allocations, and cancellation policies vary by supplier and itinerary.
No guarantees
Blaze Travel Agency does not guarantee the lowest price, discounts, free travel, upgrades, refunds, supplier availability, or travel outcomes.
Planning fees
Planning fees may apply and will be disclosed before paid planning work begins.
